Spinach Cream with Chicken Broth

  • 1 bunch spinach, washed, disinfected, and leafed
  • 4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Sauté the spinach in a pan.
  • Blend the spinach, milk, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cubes.
  • Pour the blender mixture into a pot and heat.
  • Dissolve Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in water.
  • Add the mixture to the pot.
  • Boil until thickened.
  • Finely chop the parsley.
  • Serve and garnish with parsley.
