Roast the spinach in a pan.
Blend spinach, milk and cubes from Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth.
Pour into a saucepan the blender mixture and heat.
Dissolve Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in water.
Add the mixture to the pot.
Boil until thickening.
Finely chop the parsley.
Serve and decorate with parsley.
