Tasty Peanut Cream

This peanut cream recipe, besides being a delicious cream, is very easy to make. Surprise everyone, it's delicious!

  • 2 cups peanuts, peeled
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt, to taste

  • In a non-stick skillet
  • Lightly toast the peanuts and then blend them with a can of evaporated milk.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour in the blended mixture and fry until it boils.
  • Add 1 cup of boiling water, and season with salt and sugar, lower the heat and cook until boiling or thickened, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Incorporate the remaining milk, mix well and serve.
  • It is important to add the tablespoon of sugar, as it helps prevent the cream from becoming bitter.
