2 cups peanuts, peeled
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, to taste

In a non-stick skillet
Lightly toast the peanuts and then blend them with a can of evaporated milk.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour in the blended mixture and fry until it boils.
Add 1 cup of boiling water, and season with salt and sugar, lower the heat and cook until boiling or thickened, approximately 15 minutes.
Incorporate the remaining milk, mix well and serve.
It is important to add the tablespoon of sugar, as it helps prevent the cream from becoming bitter.
