1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 yellow onion, slice
400 grams white button mushrooms, sliced
30 milliliters brandy
500 milliliters cow's milk
250 milliliters whipping cream
2 pinches pepper, ground
20 grams salt
1 baguette
Preparation

Heat the butter and fry the garlic with the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the brandy and heat for 3 minutes or until reduced, remove from heat and blend with the milk, whipping cream, salt, and pepper.
Return to heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Cut the baguette into thin slices, bake, and serve with the cream.
