Preparation
Heat the butter and fry the garlic with the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
Add brandy and heat for 3 minutes or until reduced, remove from heat and blend with milk, whipping cream, salt and pepper.
Return to heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until lightly thickened.
Cut the baguette into thin slices, bake and accompany with the cream.
