Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the onion, waiting for it to become translucent, then add the mushrooms and stir constantly until they turn golden.
In a blender, we put three tablespoons of walnuts, the mushrooms with the onion, and gradually add the chicken broth so that it can blend well. We should obtain a homogeneous and somewhat thick mixture.
If we still have chicken broth, we return it to the saucepan and let it boil, then add the cream and stir until everything is integrated.
With the cream cheese, we will make balls of approximately 2 cm and roll them in sesame seeds until they are completely covered.
