1 cup Chihuahua cheese, grated
1 cup roquefort cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
1 can chipotle chile, girl
2 tablespoons corn masa flour
1 liter chicken broth
green seedless grapes
2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix all the cheeses in a bowl with the flour.
This step is optional if you don't want your soup to be spicy, blend a bit of the broth with the chipotle peppers in the blender.
If you did the previous step, mix this with the remaining broth.
Heat the broth without boiling it; you can add the olive oil here.
Reduce to low heat.
Add the cheese mixture gradually while stirring the broth continuously.
Once all the cheeses are mixed into the broth, we can adjust the flavor by adding salt and pepper.
