Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Roquefort cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1 can chipotle chili, girl
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1 liter chicken soup
  • seedless green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Mix all the cheeses in a bowl together with the flour
This step is optional in case you do not want your soup to be spicy, combine a bit of the broth with the chipotle peppers in the blender.

Heat the broth without boiling, you can add olive oil here.
