Gazpacho

A cold soup based on tomato and other vegetables, prepare this delicious gazpacho, this tomato soup is perfect for hot days.

  • 2 red bell peppers, seedless and matches
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers, boys peeled and seedless
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oil

  • The peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, bread, oil, vinegar, and salt to taste are blended until a light cream is obtained. Water can be added to taste to thin the soup.
  • The soup is refrigerated for at least 30 minutes since it has to be served very cold.
  • The slices of diced bread are toasted.
  • To prepare the accompaniments, these are cut and arranged in different dishes (1 tomato, 1 onion, and 1 cucumber).
