The peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, bread, oil, vinegar, and salt to taste are blended until a light cream is obtained. Water can be added to taste to thin the soup.
The soup is refrigerated for at least 30 minutes since it has to be served very cold.
The slices of diced bread are toasted.
To prepare the accompaniments, these are cut and arranged in different dishes (1 tomato, 1 onion, and 1 cucumber).
