Preparation
The peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, bread, oil, vinegar and salt are liquefied until a light cream is obtained. You can add water to taste to make soup less thick.
The soup is refrigerated for at least 30 minutes since it has to be served very cold.
The slices of bread cut into cubes are toasted.
To prepare the companions these are cut and arranged in different dishes (1 tomato, 1 onion, and 1 cucumber).
