A cold soup based on tomatoes and other vegetables, prepare this delicious gazpacho, this tomato soup is perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 red peppers, without seed and matches
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and seedless guys
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oils

Preparation

The peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, bread, oil, vinegar and salt are liquefied until a light cream is obtained. You can add water to taste to make soup less thick.
The soup is refrigerated for at least 30 minutes since it has to be served very cold.
The slices of bread cut into cubes are toasted.
To prepare the companions these are cut and arranged in different dishes (1 tomato, 1 onion, and 1 cucumber).

PRESENTATION

Serve the soup with the additional ingredients to add to the soup.

TIPS

Use fresh vegetables and ripe tomatoes for a good gazpacho.
