Delicious leek and potato cream with a very smooth consistency and unique flavor. This warm soup is an excellent option to prepare at home or if you have an important event where you want to offer something different, as it is very simple and you won’t have to invest much time in cooking a spectacular menu.
In a large pot, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the chopped leeks, including a little of the green part. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Then add the water and the potatoes that we previously peeled and cut into pieces
Cook for an hour until the vegetables are soft and add salt.
Let cool slightly and blend the vegetables with the hot milk, adding a little of the liquid in which the vegetables were cooked until reaching the desired consistency.
