Lentil Soup with Ham

For cold days there is nothing better than enjoying this quick and practical very complete recipe. Prepare it, I assure you that you will not regret it.

  • 2 cans soup, Lentils
  • 200 grams deli ham
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 leaf bay
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • croutons, garlic flavor to taste

  • You fry the onion and minced garlic in olive oil until transparent.
  • Add the diced ham to brown it a little.
  • In an empty pot the content of the cans of lentil soup and the bay leaf and put the soup to boil.
  • When it starts to boil you add the onion, garlic and ham and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lower the heat and boil for about 10 minutes and cover the pot.
  • Let the soup rest for 15 minutes.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy.
