Lentil Soup with Ham

2 cans soup, Lentils
200 grams deli ham
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 leaf bay
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
croutons, garlic flavor to taste
Preparation

Low
You fry the onion and minced garlic in olive oil until transparent.
Add the diced ham to brown it a little.
In an empty pot the content of the cans of lentil soup and the bay leaf and put the soup to boil.
When it starts to boil you add the onion, garlic and ham and add salt and pepper to taste.
Lower the heat and boil for about 10 minutes and cover the pot.
Let the soup rest for 15 minutes.
Serve it hot and enjoy.
