400 grams lentils
2 liters water
18 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
1/4 tablespoons pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, Chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 plantains
100 grams deli ham, cut into cubes
2 eggs, boiled

Clean the lentils.
In a pot, pour the lentils with 2 liters of water, boil for 25 minutes.
In a skillet, sauté the tomato, onion, and garlic; once ready, pour them into the lentils and add chicken bouillon powder and pepper.
Finally, add the plantain and ham. Serve with the boiled egg.
