This lentil soup recipe is perfect and quick for lunch on afternoons.

  • 400 grams lentils
  • 2 liters water
  • 18 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 1/4 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 plantains
  • 100 grams deli ham, cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs, boiled

  • Clean the lentils.
  • In a pot, pour the lentils with 2 liters of water, boil for 25 minutes.
  • In a skillet, sauté the tomato, onion, and garlic; once ready, pour them into the lentils and add chicken bouillon powder and pepper.
  • Finally, add the plantain and ham. Serve with the boiled egg.
