Prepare these delicious easy and very nutritious broth lentils with a rich flavor of Fuerte Condimentado Tomato Puree, cooked with plantain and a touch of salty bacon, this is a very complete dish to start the meal.
Heat a small pot over medium heat and cook the bacon until the fat is loose, add the plantain and fry for 3 minutes with the onion and garlic.
