Heat the water in the pressure cooker over high heat.
When it's boiling, add the cauliflower in pieces and cover.
When the pot starts to steam, reduce the heat to low and in 5 to 10 minutes it will be cooked.
Blend the cooked cauliflower with a little water (the same water it was cooked in), add the broth, and soy sauce. Set aside.
In a saucepan, add the butter and sauté the onion.
Add the blended cauliflower and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Don't forget to taste the seasoning until it suits your preference.
