Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bouillon powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 onion

Preparation

You heat the water in the express pot on high heat.
When it is boiling, put the cauliflower in pieces and tapas. When the pot begins to release steam, reduce the heat to a minimum and in 5 or 10 minutes it is cooked.
You liquify the cooked cauliflower, with little water (the same one in which it is cooked) you put the consommé and the soy sauce. Reservation.
In a saucepan put the butter and acitronas the onion.
