450 grams canned clam
140 grams bacon, Canadian cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
3 potatoes, Medium potatoes peeled and diced
250 grams half & half cream
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon parsley

Drain the canned clams and reserve the juice.
In a hot skillet, cook the bacon for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the butter and onion until the onion is soft.
Pour in the clam juice and add the potatoes until they are soft, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir the clams, cream, thyme, pepper, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
