  • 12 corn tortillas, cut into strips
  • 3/4 cups tomato purée
  • 3 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 liter water
  • 100 grams pork rinds
  • 2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 ancho chiles
  • 1 avocado, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cups sour cream, reduced in fat
  • 1/2 teaspoons marjoram, powdered

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
