  • 500 grams button mushrooms, filleted
  • 4 guajillo chiles
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 1 sprig epazote
  • 2 liters water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped

  • Spray a pot with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the onion, garlic, mushrooms until soft.
  • Blend the guajillo chile, the tomato with the water, strain, add the mushrooms, add the chicken broth, season, let reduce, place the epazote branch and cook over low heat.
