  • Spray a pot with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
  • Blend the guajillo pepper, tomato with water, strain, add to the mushrooms, add the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, let reduce, add the epazote sprig, and cook on low heat.
