Mix and cook the Mexican-style corn with Media Crema Nestlé® in a pot for 10 minutes, along with Leche Carnation® Clavel® and beef broth. Season with epazote, árbol chili, and salt until the flavors are integrated.
Once the ingredients are combined, add the beef fillet, adjust the seasoning, and serve the Mexican corn cream with Cotija cheese, fried epazote, and árbol chili.
