Mexican Corn Cream

  • 3 cups ears corn, Mexican Style, Esquites Type
  • 1 can Nestlé® half cream
  • 1 can Carnation® Carnation® Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups beef tenderloin, in medium cubes, sautéed
  • 2 sprigs epazote
  • 1/4 cups árbol chile, fried in slices
  • salt, for seasoning
  • Cotija cheese, crumbled, for accompaniment

  • Mix and cook the Mexican-style corn with Media Crema Nestlé® in a pot for 10 minutes, along with Leche Carnation® Clavel® and beef broth. Season with epazote, árbol chili, and salt until the flavors are integrated.
  • Once the ingredients are combined, add the beef fillet, adjust the seasoning, and serve the Mexican corn cream with Cotija cheese, fried epazote, and árbol chili.
