200 grams chickpeas
5 pasilla chiles, soaked and deveined
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
400 grams nopal, chopped and cooked
1 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped

One night before cooking, soak the chickpeas in cold water.
The next day, cook with salt and remove the pellejitos that are released.
To grind four spoonfuls of chickpeas with half a liter of the water in which they were cooked, along with the chilies, the onion and the garlic.
Roast this mixture before and when it is thick, add the boiled nopales, whole chickpeas and cilantro.
