200 grams chickpea
5 pasilla chiles, soaked and deveined
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
400 grams nopal, chopped and cooked
1 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped

One night before cooking, soak the chickpeas in cold water.
The next day, cook with salt and remove the skins that come off.
Grind four tablespoons of chickpeas with half a liter of the water they were cooked in, along with the chiles, onion, and garlic.
Roast this previous mixture and when it is thick, add the cooked nopales, whole chickpeas, and cilantro.
