Mulata Soup

Delicious mulata soup made with chickpeas and nopales with a hint of spiciness.

  • 200 grams chickpea  200 grams chickpea

  • One night before cooking, soak the chickpeas in cold water.
  • The next day, cook with salt and remove the skins that come off.
  • Grind four tablespoons of chickpeas with half a liter of the water they were cooked in, along with the chiles, onion, and garlic.
  • Roast this previous mixture and when it is thick, add the cooked nopales, whole chickpeas, and cilantro.
