Sauté the sliced mushrooms in half of the butter sprinkled with lemon juice, and the chopped onion. Cook for five minutes and grind.
Mix the remaining butter with the flour to form a roux.
Add the ground mushrooms and the wine. Stir constantly and add the milk.
Adjust the taste and add the cream.
