Ingredients

5 portions
  • 35 grams butter
  • 250 grams mushroom
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 750 milliliters milk
  • 60 milliliters cream
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Sauté the sliced ​​mushrooms sprinkled with the lemon juice in half the butter and the onion in pieces. Cook for five minutes and grind.
Mix the remaining butter with the flour to form a roux.
Add the ground mushrooms and wine. Move constantly and add milk.
Rectify the flavor and add the cream.

PRESENTATION
