Start the meal with a warm cream of mushrooms, almonds, and cilantro. It is very healthy and delicious for your daily menu, plus it has an intense almond flavor that pairs perfectly with the mushrooms.
Heat a small pot over medium heat, add the butter, and cook the onion until it becomes transparent.
