Mushroom soup

Chopped mushroom soup with white wine, cream and consommé. A simple soup but with a sophisticated flavor; perfect for special occasions or to pamper everyone at home. Its rich flavor will make it one of your favorite recipes. Do not stop trying it.

  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 kilo button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 sprig celery, chopped
  • 1/2 leeks, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bay

  • Put the butter in a saucepan with a little oil and season the finely chopped onion, pore and celery. Put the flour and leave for a few minutes, add mushrooms and mushrooms and leave about 10 minutes.
  • Add the consome of chicken and beef and seasonings (thyme and bay leaf), cover and let cook.
  • Finally, add the wine and let it evaporate a little with medium heat. Add the cream and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
