Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 kilo mushroom, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken consommé
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 branch celery, chopped
  • 1/2 leeks, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bay (laurel)

Preparation

Put the butter in a saucepan with a little oil and season the finely chopped onion, pore and celery. Put the flour and leave for a few minutes, add mushrooms and mushrooms and leave about 10 minutes.
Add the consome of chicken and beef and seasonings (thyme and bay leaf), cover and let cook.
Finally, add the wine and let it evaporate a little with medium heat. Add the cream and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
Put in the dishes served and decorate with a little chopped parsley and mushrooms in the center.
