Mushroom soup

An easy and quick recipe to make a delicious mushroom soup to enjoy with the family.

  • 2 cans button mushrooms, girls
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon cranberries
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon, juicy rib broth
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • We put all the ingredients in the blender, less water and milk.
  • In a deep pot, heat the 2 cups of water and when the boil is out, empty them in the blender jar and process all the ingredients.
  • While the preparation is liquefied in the same pot we put the 2 cups of milk to heat, when our smooth juice is smooth and we will empty it in the pot where the milk is and with a spoon we mix.
  • When the boil springs, remove from the heat and serve.
