Preparation
We put all the ingredients in the blender, less water and milk.
In a deep pot, heat the 2 cups of water and when the boil is out, empty them in the blender jar and process all the ingredients.
While the preparation is liquefied in the same pot we put the 2 cups of milk to heat, when our smooth juice is smooth and we will empty it in the pot where the milk is and with a spoon we mix.
