Noodle Soup with Swiss Chard

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup fideo pasta
  • 2 cups chard
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 sprig cilantro
  • salt
  • sour cream, for accompaniment
  • panela cheese, for accompaniment

  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, allspice, a little chicken broth, and salt.
  • Add the oil and the noodles to a pan over medium heat, fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown, then pour in the blended mixture, the chicken broth, and then add the Swiss chard, cilantro and cook for approximately 15 minutes, don’t forget to season with salt.
  • Serve the noodle soup with Swiss chard and accompany with cream and panela cheese. Enjoy.
