Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, allspice, a little chicken broth, and salt. Add the oil and the noodles to a pan over medium heat, fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown, then pour in the blended mixture, the chicken broth, and then add the Swiss chard, cilantro and cook for approximately 15 minutes, don’t forget to season with salt.
