Noodle with nopales

  • Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the noodles until golden.
  • Remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl.
  • In the same pot, add the nopales, garlic, onion, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chipotle adobo, the noodles, and the chicken broth or water.
  • Cook until it reaches a boil.
  • Serve in individual plates; incorporate the manchego cheese, cream, and herbs.
