1 teaspoon corn oil
1 package instant pasta soup, noodle
8 nopales, medium cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups green onion , sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce
4 cups Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
1 cup cream
1 sprig aromatic herbs

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the noodles until golden.
Remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl.
In the same pot, add the nopales, garlic, onion, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chipotle adobo, the noodles, and the chicken broth or water.
Cook until it reaches a boil.
Serve in individual plates; incorporate the manchego cheese, cream, and herbs.
