Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • 1 package instant pasta soup, noodle
  • 8 nopales, medium cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups green onion, filleted
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 cups Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 twig aromatic herb

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the noodles until they brown.
Remove from the pot and place them in a bowl.
In the same pot place the nopales, the garlic, the onion and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chipotle marinade, the noodles and the chicken broth or water.
Cook until the first boil.
Serve in individual dishes; It incorporates Manchego cheese, cream and herbs of smell.
