500 grams oyster mushroom
300 grams tomato
1/4 onions, chopped
1 sprig epazote
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken bullion
olive oil

Chop the nopales and cook them with salt and a wedge of onion in a little water; chop the tomato and mushrooms.
Sauté the onion in a little olive oil, and when it becomes transparent, add the tomato and then the mushrooms.
Remove the onion peel from the nopales and drain them, rinsing to eliminate the sliminess.
Finally, incorporate the nopales, the cups of chicken broth, and when it begins to boil, add the epazote leaves.
Let it cook for five more minutes and it's ready!
