Oceans of Spinach

It is a delicious spinach cream, served in a simple French bread with decorations of little boats floating in it.

  • 250 grams spinach leaf
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 onions, big-head
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 250 grams beef , the round cut into cubes
  • 3 slices bread, mold
  • 4 pieces of bread, country
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Add the spinach, celery, carrot, onion, cilantro, and meat into a medium pot with plenty of water. Cook until the meat is tender.
  • Blend the preparation.
  • Then pour the mixture into the pot over low heat with a pinch of salt and wait until it thickens.
  • With scissors, cut the bread into the shape of small sailboats and toast them in the oven until they are crispy.
  • Finally, cut the top off the country bread and remove all the filling with your fingers. Serve the cream inside the bread and decorate it with the little sailboats.
