It is a delicious cream of spinach, served in a simple French bread with ornaments of boats floating in it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of spinach leaf
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 1/2 piece of carrot
  • 1/2 onion bighead
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander leaf
  • 250 grams of beef the ball cut into cubes
  • 3 slices of bread printed
  • 4 pieces of bread payés
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Add the spinach, celery, carrot, onion, cilantro and meat in a medium pot with plenty of water. Cook until the meat is tender.
    Blend the preparation.
    Then pour the mixture into the pot over low heat with a pinch of salt and wait until it thickens.
