Preparation
Add the spinach, celery, carrot, onion, cilantro and meat in a medium pot with plenty of water. Cook until the meat is tender.
Blend the preparation.
Then pour the mixture into the pot over low heat with a pinch of salt and wait until it thickens.
With a pair of scissors cut the bread in the form of small sailboats and doralos in the oven to form toast.
Finally, cut the top of the farmhouse bread and remove all the stuffing with your fingers. Serve the cream inside the bread and decorate it with the veleritos.
