2 onions, in julienne
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 liters chicken broth
100 grams Chihuahua cheese
2 eggs , raw
1/2 glasses white wine
pieces of bread, fried slices

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it.
Once it is transparent, add the broth. Season with salt and pepper and let it boil.
In a soup bowl, place the two beaten raw eggs, the grated cheese, and the white wine, and then pour in the hot broth with the onion.
