Delicious and warm onion soup with cheese, this soup is ideal for rainy days. I love making it and enjoying its great flavor.

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it.
  • Once it is transparent, add the broth. Season with salt and pepper and let it boil.
  • In a soup bowl, place the two beaten raw eggs, the grated cheese, and the white wine, and then pour in the hot broth with the onion.
