Pasta Soup

A very tasty and traditional soup that the whole family enjoys.

  • 1 package elbow pasta
  • 3 tomatoes 3 tomatoes

  • Blend the tomatoes and garlic.
  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the tomato sauce for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken broth, bay leaf, chipotle sauce, and chicken bouillon. When it starts to boil, add the elbow pasta, cover, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • When the pasta is al dente, remove the soup from the heat, take out the bay leaves, and serve.
  • Add the canned vegetables at the end so they don't fall apart.
