Pasta Soup

A very rich and traditional soup that the whole family likes.

  • 1 package elbow pasta
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile sauce, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • mixed vegetables, Canned

  • Blend the tomatoes and garlic.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the tomato sauce for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken broth, bay leaf, chipotle sauce, and chicken broth. When it starts to boil add the elbow pasta, cover, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • When the pasta is al dente remove the soup from the heat, remove the bay leaves, and serve.
  • Add the canned vegetables last so they don't fall apart.
