Preparation
Blend tomatoes and garlic.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the tomato sauce for 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, bay leaf, chipotle sauce and chicken broth. When it starts to boil, add the codito paste, cover, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
When the pasta is al dente remove the soup from the fire, remove the bay leaves, and serve.
Add the tinned vegetables at the end so they do not fall apart.
