The best macaroni and cheese you will ever taste! It's made with a white sauce flavored with mustard, nutmeg, and baked with cheddar cheese, gruyere cheese, and parmesan cheese. It’s so creamy and delicious that you won’t be able to stop eating.
3 cups elbow pasta, precooked in water with butter and salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with the oil, add the butter, onion, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the flour and stir until it turns golden, then add the milk, half-and-half, Dijon mustard, nutmeg, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the macaroni with half of the cheeses, cook for 5 minutes until thickened, serve the macaroni in a deep oven-safe dish, and cover with the remaining cheeses.
Bake for 10 minutes to allow the cheeses to gratin.
Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
