Chicken soup with cream

Soup full of flavor for cold days. There is nothing like the taste of a homemade soup that reassures you and leaves you completely satisfied.   • 1 onion, medium, chopped in small squares
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into small cubes, without seeds or veins
  • 4 carrots, peeled, chopped into small cubes
  • 2 stems celery, washed and chopped (including leaves)
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 package pasta, for La Moderna ® screw soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream, (to beat, without sugar)
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, freshly ground
  • 1 chicken breast, washed and split in 2

  • Wash all the vegetables, chop the onion in small squares, peel the carrots and chop them in cubes, the same the pepper removing veins and seeds, and chop the celery with leaves and stems.
  • Heat a pan with oil and add the onion; let it soften and immediately add the carrot, celery and pepper. When everything is a little undercooked, add the raw breast, and enough water to cover the vegetables and a little the same to make it smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, boil for 20 to 25 minutes covered or until the chicken is cooked.
  • When the chicken is cooked remove from the pan and strain. Add the soup of pasta to the broth and let it boil until it is al dente, approximately 12 minutes. Add the chicken and cream again, grate the nutmeg and rectify seasoning. Ready, serve hot.
