Soup full of flavor for cold days. There is nothing like the taste of a homemade soup that reassures you and leaves you completely satisfied. This soup also has the benefits of carrots, celery, bell pepper and onions that make your body healthier. Do not wait any longer and prepare it for everyone at home.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of onion medium, chopped in small squares
  • 2 pieces of green bell pepper cut into small cubes, without seeds or veins
  • 4 pieces of carrot peeled, chopped into small cubes
  • 2 stems of celery washed and chopped (including leaves)
  • enough of oil
  • 1 package of pasta for La Moderna ® screw soup
  • 1 1/2 cups of creams (to beat, without sugar)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg freshly ground
  • 1 piece of chicken breast washed and split in 2
  • enough of Water
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Wash all the vegetables, chop the onion in small squares, peel the carrots and chop them in cubes, the same the pepper removing veins and seeds, and chop the celery with leaves and stems.
    Heat a pan with oil and add the onion; let it soften and immediately add the carrot, celery and pepper. When everything is a little undercooked, add the raw breast, and enough water to cover the vegetables and a little the same to make it smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, boil for 20 to 25 minutes covered or until the chicken is cooked.
    When the chicken is cooked remove from the pan and strain. Add the soup of pasta to the broth and let it boil until it is al dente, approximately 12 minutes. Add the chicken and cream again, grate the nutmeg and rectify seasoning. Ready, serve hot.

    PRESENTATION

    I like to serve it with a slice of garlic bread on the side to accompany it.
