Clean the green onions well and chop them finely. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes.
Cut the cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Peel and chop the garlic clove.
Heat sesame oil in a saucepan or wok and sauté the green onions, garlic, and bell pepper over high heat for 2 minutes.
Lightly season with salt, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, and broth, and bring to a boil. Incorporate the chicken strips and cook covered, letting it reduce to one third.
In another pot, boil water with a little salt, add the spaghetti, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it steep for about 8 minutes, then turn off and let rest for 4 minutes.
Rinse the spaghetti under running water, drain them, and using a fork, add them to the soup with the vegetables and chicken. Serve very hot.
