Dry Noodle with Mole

In this recipe I combined two of my favorite foods noodle soup and mole. And I decorated it with ingredients that I love. Surely you will also love it.

1 package fideo pasta, The modern
corn oil, to fry
4 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 tablespoon chicken bullion, powdered
1 cup water
270 grams mole sauce
1/2 packages panela cheese, chopped
2 avocados
toasted sesame seeds
sour cream
guajillo chiles
Preparation

Low
Fry the noodle without burning and drain it on absorbent paper.
Prepare a sauce by putting the garlic in the blender. the onion. the tomato, the consommé and the water.
Put the sauce to cook in a pot.
When the sauce is ready, put the dry noodle and the mole. Stir.
Leave on a low heat until the sauce evaporates. Do not stir so you do not beat.
Put a bed of noodles in a jelly mold, then a bed of chopped cheese and a bed of noodles.
Unmold on a platter.
Decorate with slices of avocado cream, sliced chili and sesame seeds.
