  • Fry the noodle without burning and drain it on absorbent paper.
  • Prepare a sauce by putting the garlic in the blender. the onion. the tomato, the consommé and the water.
  • Put the sauce to cook in a pot.
  • When the sauce is ready, put the dry noodle and the mole. Stir.
  • Leave on a low heat until the sauce evaporates. Do not stir so you do not beat.
  • Put a bed of noodles in a jelly mold, then a bed of chopped cheese and a bed of noodles.
  • Unmold on a platter.
  • Decorate with slices of avocado cream, sliced ​​chili and sesame seeds.
