1 package short pasta, La Moderna® elbow
2 red tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt
1 piece onion
1 sprig fresh cilantro, or parsley
1 cup vegetables, cooked

Cook the pasta with a piece of onion and a pinch of salt.
Blend the red tomatoes with the garlic and onion. Incorporate this mixture into a pot along with the chicken broth, season, and bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables to the seasoned broth.
Then add the pasta and let it boil for 10 more minutes. Add the sprigs of parsley and cilantro and serve hot.
