This recipe is delicious and in times of rain much more for being a hot and tasty soup that is served hot.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 package short pasta, El Moderna® elbow
  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 branch fresh coriander, or parsley
  • 1 cup vegetable, Cooked

Preparation

Cook the pasta with a piece of onion and a handful of salt.
Grind red tomatoes with garlic and onion. Add this mixture to a pot with the chicken broth, season and boil.
Add the vegetables in the seasoned caldillo.
Then add the pasta and boil for 10 more minutes. Add the sprig of parsley and coriander and serve hot.

TIPS

This soup perfectly accompanies a child wrapped in steak stuffed with potatoes or chicken breast with mashed potatoes.
