Homemade Ramen

Delicious oriental recipe that you can not imagine you can make at home, it is very simple and exquisite. Nothing like a homemade Ramen soup to comfort your palate.

  • 2 packages pasta, instant ramen
  • 4 cups water
  • 200 grams pork ribs, boneless
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams spinach
  • 40 grams chives
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • In a hot pan, add the oil and brown the meat of the ribs on both sides.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, with the oyster sauce, the maple syrup and add to the ribs, mix well; cook over medium heat. Cover the pan and let cook for approximately 25 minutes. Move the preparation and cook another 25 minutes. Turn off and away from the fire.
  • Besides, boil water in a small pot, enough to cover the 4 eggs. Add them until the water is boiling. Remove them after 7 minutes. And cool immediately in water with ice. Carefully remove the shell without damaging the egg. In the same casserole boil the soy sauce with half a cup of water. Turn off, remove from heat and place the eggs no longer peeled. Reservation.
  • Prepare the instant ramen according to package instructions. Once done, remove the ramen and in the broth of this still hot add the chopped spinach.
  • Chop the chives to taste. Slice rib meat. Remove the egg from the water with soy and slice it in half.
  • In a deep dish place the ramen, arrange the ingredients (meat, egg, spinach and chives) on it.
