Delicious oriental recipe that you can't imagine you can make at home, it's very simple and turns out exquisite. Nothing like homemade Ramen soup to comfort your palate.
In a hot pan, add the oil and brown the rib meat on both sides.
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with oyster sauce, maple syrup, and add to the ribs, mixing well; cook over medium heat. Cover the pan and let cook for approximately 25 minutes. Stir the preparation and cook for another 25 minutes. Turn off and remove from heat.
In a separate small pot, boil enough water to cover the 4 eggs. Add them once the water is boiling. Remove them after 7 minutes. Immediately cool in ice water. Carefully peel the shell without damaging the egg. In the same pot, boil the soy sauce with half a cup of water. Turn off, remove from heat, and place the peeled eggs in it. Set aside.
Prepare the instant ramen according to the package instructions. Once done, remove the ramen and add the chopped spinach to the still hot broth.
Chop the green onion to taste. Slice the rib meat. Remove the egg from the soy sauce and slice it in half.
In a deep plate, place the ramen, arranging the ingredients (meat, egg, spinach, and green onion) on top.
