Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 packages pasta, instant ramen
  • 4 cups Water
  • 200 grams pork rib, boneless
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams spinach
  • 40 grams chives
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

In a hot pan, add the oil and brown the meat of the ribs on both sides.
Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, with the oyster sauce, the maple syrup and add to the ribs, mix well; cook over medium heat. Cover the pan and let cook for approximately 25 minutes. Move the preparation and cook another 25 minutes. Turn off and away from the fire.
Besides, boil water in a small pot, enough to cover the 4 eggs. Add them until the water is boiling. Remove them after 7 minutes. And cool immediately in water with ice. Carefully remove the shell without damaging the egg. In the same casserole boil the soy sauce with half a cup of water. Turn off, remove from heat and place the eggs no longer peeled. Reservation.
Prepare the instant ramen according to package instructions. Once done, remove the ramen and in the broth of this still hot add the chopped spinach.
Chop the chives to taste. Slice rib meat. Remove the egg from the water with soy and slice it in half.
In a deep dish place the ramen, arrange the ingredients (meat, egg, spinach and chives) on it.

You can add more soy to the broth and a few touches of lemon to give it an acid taste.
