Noodle Soup with Nopales

  • 1 cup fideo pasta, #1
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup nopal, cooked and cut into strips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • pork rinds, in pieces
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • avocado, cut into cubes

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, fry the noodles until golden brown, add the onion and garlic, and cook until they are shiny.
  • Pour in the Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree, fill with chicken broth, and cook until it reaches a boil. Add the nopales and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the soup and accompany with chicharrón in pieces, panela cheese, cilantro, and avocado. Enjoy.
