Prepare this nopales noodle soup recipe in just 30 minutes and save yourself the whole process of cooking, liquefying and straining tomatoes. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup noodle, #one
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree®
  • 6 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup nopal, cooked and cut into strips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • enough pork rind, in pieces
  • 1 cup panela cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • enough avocado, diced

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the noodle until golden brown, add the onion and garlic, and cook until bright.
Pour the Fuerte® Flavored Tomato Puree, fill with the chicken stock and cook until it boils. Add the nopales and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup and accompany it with chopped pork rinds, panela cheese, cilantro and avocado. Enjoy
