Noodles with Marrow

On a cold or rainy afternoon, there's nothing like a good meal to comfort us; some noodles are a great option, it's a comforting dish, just like your mom would have prepared it. There’s nothing more homemade than these noodles.

  • 1 package fidelini pasta
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup tomato purée, stewed
  • 8 beef shanks
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, to taste

  • Cook the marrow for 20 minutes or until cooked with the onion, garlic, and salt.
  • In a pot, add the oil, and when hot, put the noodles to brown.
  • Once the noodles are browned, pour in the stewed tomato puree and add the broth with the marrows and cilantro sprigs, let it cook for 15 minutes.
