Noodles with Marrow

On a cold or rainy afternoon, there's nothing like a good meal to comfort us; some noodles are a great option, it's a comforting dish, just like your mom would have prepared it. There’s nothing more homemade than these noodles.

1 package fidelini pasta
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 sprig fresh cilantro
1 cup tomato purée, stewed
8 beef shanks
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
salt, to taste

Cook the marrow for 20 minutes or until cooked with the onion, garlic, and salt.
In a pot, add the oil, and when hot, put the noodles to brown.
Once the noodles are browned, pour in the stewed tomato puree and add the broth with the marrows and cilantro sprigs, let it cook for 15 minutes.
